Alaró is a Spanish town and municipality located in the western part of Mallorca, in the Balearic Islands. It borders the municipalities of Consell, Binissalem, Lloseta, Mancor del Valle, Escorca, Buñola and Santa María del Camino. The village is framed by the heights of Puig de la Font Seca and El Puig d' Alaró, the latter crowned by a rocky castle surrounded by legends.
